Dystopia is here at last no more time left to turn it back
Dividing lines now rule the day all black and white no room for grey
Navel gaze your point of view don’t let no alt ideas get through
Drop your bombs into the void no consequence to who’s destroyed
How you know you’re good to go
Depends which way the wind will blow
Trust yourself, you’re always right ignore the truth with all your might
Keep your inner circle close they’ll nod their heads at all your boasts
It’s always darkest 'fore the dawn before you know it you’re good as gone
Just because we’re paranoid don't mean we still won’t be destroyed
Just make sure you’re good to go
What that means, know one knows
You go your way, I’ll go mine, don’t cross my path and we’ll be fine
No table set for shared ideas easier to lean into fears
Don’t stray beyond your comfort zone much safer just to stay alone
Sometimes poke your head outside to just make sure you’re still alive
Wipe the COVID from your brow we’ve got bigger problems now
Still tweeting shots across the bow devolving by the day somehow
The coldest of the coldest wars fought behind the hordes keyboards
Battle lines in cyberspace, once you’re trapped there’s no escape
Lucky if you’re good to go
And able to contain your woes
So this is it, the golden age, the darkest dawn, the end of days
Technology has run amok, a megaphone for morons and schmucks
The greatest time to be alive is anytime but here and now
Fuck your neighbor, check yourself, build your bunker, protect your wealth
Just tell yourself you’re good to go
And keep your dignity in tow
You’re good to go, you’re good to go...
